5 Ingredients Dips ~ Good to the last Dip!

Ditch the popcorn and try one of these fresh homemade dips. With only 5 ingredients you can whip it up in no time.

Fresh Kale & Avocados DipKAle & Avacoda

5 Minutes preparation time        8 servings


  • 2 cups curry kale
  • 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • Directions
  • Using a skillet, add in the kale and olive oil and cook. Meanwhile, scoop the flesh of the avocados and throw into a blender as well as the remaining ingredients. Once kale is cooked, transfer to a bowl and stir.

French Onion Dip      Onion Dip


1 hour, 5 min preparation + 20 min cooking             8 Servings


  • Olive Oil, for cooking
  • 1 ½ C Onions, diced
  • ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 ½ C Sour Cream
  • ¾ C Mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste

·     Directions

  • Begin this recipe for fresh onion dip by heating about two tablespoons of oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the onions and salt, let both cook together for approximately 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once caramelized, remove the onions from the heat and let cool.
  • Combine your sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Fold in your onions once they have cooled. Season the bowl with salt and pepper to your taste and then refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Creamy Spinach Bacon Dip         Creamy Spinach Dip.jpg


15 min preparation + 30 min cooking         8 Serving


  • 6 Slices Bacon, diced
  • 8oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 C Sour Cream
  • 2 C Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 C Baby Spinach
  • Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper

·       Directions

  • Begin this recipe for creamy spinach and bacon dip by heating a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add your diced bacon. Let cook until crispy and browned, about six to eight minutes. When the bacon is finished, transfer it to a paper towel to drain.
  • Continue by preheating your oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a small, nine-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Prepare your dip by combining all ingredients except for the bacon in a large bowl. Stir well to combine and season with salt and pepper to your taste.
  • Transfer the dip mixture into the prepared baking dish and set in the oven to bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown on the top and bubbling. Garnish with crispy bacon and serve warm.


Parsley Dip    Parsley Dip

2 hours, 50 min preparation      8 Servings


  • 1 C Mayonnaise
  • 1 C Sour Cream
  • 1/3 C Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbs Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste


  • Start this recipe for parsley dip by preparing your ingredients. Measure out the mayonnaise and sour cream and combine them in a medium sized bowl. Mix in your chopped parsley, onion, and garlic. Season your dip with salt and pepper to your taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving

Easy Cheesecake Dip  Easy Cheesecake Dip.jpg

10 min preparation       8 Servings


  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 C. butter
  • 3/4 C. sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract


  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add sugars and vanilla. Continue to stir until completely mixed. Place in a fridge for 1 to 2 hours, or until cold. Serve with graham crackers to dip.

Baked Artichoke Dip

  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
  • 3/4 C. fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 can (4 oz.) diced green chili peppers, drained
  • 3/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese


  • Coat a medium baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In that dish, combine artichokes, mayonnaise, peppers and all but 2 Tbs. of the Parmesan. Mix well. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan evenly over the top. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven until top is a rich golden brown, 40 to 50 minutes.
